We watched a beautiful documentary last night called "The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill." If you've not seen this film, definitely give it a look. It's about a homeless man who goes way beyond the call of duty to take care of a flock of wild parrots in need of his assistance. It's an inspiring story of love and devotion and a man who, like us, believes that animals are not lesser beings than humans, and sets out on a journey to learn about each of them individually and form relationships with as many of them as possible. It's a breathtaking story. By the end, I was in pieces, until Elroy (bless his little heart) decided to accidentally provide some comic relief:
Yes, apparently Elroy can appreciate a good nature documentary, too.
Plum used to do that! It does totally crack you up!
