Feline People Mover

I think I've already written about the Siameses' tendency to try, by any means necessary, to get under the covers.  When Wanda's alone on the bed, you can sometimes see the covers seeming to leap into the air by themselves, and I imagine Wanda under there like a baby bull elephant, tossing her trunk and trumpeting into the air with the covers flying gracefully over her head. She is not subtle when she wants to be under the covers.

Otto usually wakes me up by tickling me on the face with his whiskers so that I will lift the covers for him.  Except yesterday morning.  I was on my side and Reggie was sleeping on top of the covers in the crook of my legs.  Otto wanted to get under the covers, but of course Reggie was pinning down the covers in such a way that he couldn't do that.  So first he tried squishing his head into the very immobile covers.  Then, when that didn't work, he attempted to dig underneath me to try to find another way under the covers.  He literally stuck his head under me and pushed, and not very gently, I might add.  Once I stopped cracking up about this, I reached behind me and pulled up the covers from another direction so he could get in.  Otto gets no points for logic on that one, but full points for creativity.
